How are you looking after the environment?

Resin can be quite heavy on plastic usage so as a company we pledge to use reusable silicone products wherever possible.

How are the products packaged?

All items are carefully packaged in recyclable or reusable packets. Where possible we use reused and recyclable cardboard boxes to post out your goods, unfortunately smaller packages are posted in plastic bubble wrap envelopes but we are hoping to source something more sustainable soon.

What is your return policy?

Every bespoke item is carefully made to your specific requirements. Due to this, once an item has been made we are unable to offer a refund unless an item is faulty.

How long will my order take to complete?

Items that contain resin do take some time to cure (harden completely). The general rule of thumb is the larger the quantity of resin used the longer it takes to cure. Even the smallest items are not fully cured until 7 days.
Other items such as clothing take approximately a week depending on quantities.

How do I get my inclusion to you?

Inclusions can be sent in the mail to Contemporary Keepsakes, 7 Tregarland Close, Coads Green, Launceston, Cornwall. PL15 7NE. We know the items can be of huge sentimental value and often irreplaceable. As such we suggest sending it tracked or signed for.

How should i look after my Jewellery?

Treat your resin jewellery as you would fresh water pearls.

1 - No sleeping in your jewellery

2 - No chemicals, including moisturisers and perfumes to come into contact with your creation.

3 - No bathing or swimming in your jewellery

4 - No extreme heat

5 - Keep jewellery in a box or jewellery bag.

These will also help prevent tarnishing of non precious metals too.

How much is delivery?

Small parcels (most jewellery items) are £2.50 postage and Packaging. Resin items due to their value to the customer are always sent signed for. Medium items such as the framed items are £4.50 postage and packaging. If they feature an inclusion they are posted signed for. For larger quantities of frames or clothing the postage is £7.50.
